What time is it? It’s Howdy Time! Yes, you guessed it right! Team Ottutu visited Howdy Johar Town-a western themed burger joint based on the exciting ‘Live Cooking Concept.’
Howdy was located in Johar Town,initially, but now it has a branch on MM Alam and in Emporium Mall (Food Court) too. The interior is based on cowboy culture with dim lights wooden furniture and waiters with cowboy hats.The menu offers burgers and steaks and the meals have unique names like Howdy Deputy, Rango Tango, Tickle Pickle etc.
Rodeo Glory
We picked a Rodeo Glory which is a mushroom beef burger for PKR 439. The burger was served with fries and had a pleasing taste of the mushroom sauce, lettuce, cheese and beef patty. It was huge and truly satisfied its price.
Gun Slinger
The second item we ordered was Gun Slinger which is Pepper Steak. It was served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The chicken was well cooked, wrapped in pasta strips topped with black pepper sauce and mushroom slices. It is ,indeed a true pleasure for your taste buds in just PKR 625.
The Final Verdict
The best burger place in town in terms of taste, quality and quantity. A must visit place for burger and steak lovers with a cost of around PKR 700-750 per person.
