Double Carrot Cake
Carrot cake was served as a complementary item to Team Ottutu to try out, as it is known to be their best dessert item. The most noticeable feature of this cake slice was the vanilla-butter icing which was delicious in taste and appropriately fluffy to touch-meaning it was well-beaten and made with absolute precision.Coming to the sponge, it was soft and crumbly with pieces of Carrots, Pineapples and Pistachios in every bite.
